Scaleur exists because we got tired of sales metrics that came from spreadsheets, not systems. We built the dashboard we wished existed.
The problem we solve
Every sales team we've worked with has the same problem: the numbers they use to make decisions aren't real.
Close rate, show rate, dials per day, speed to lead. These metrics are only as honest as the person typing them in. Reps have every reason to make them look better than they are — commission, optics, job security.
Small lies add up. A rep off by 5% a day on close rate throws off your year-end forecast by tens of thousands. A rep skipping 3 call logs a day means 750 missing calls per rep per year. A deal touched by 4 people but credited to 1 means three reps lose commission and stop caring.
